It works with English, German, and Spanish input, but details are only given in German: the index normally ranges from 0 to 1; it is unfit to assess the quality of arguments; however, it is somehow designed to spot buzzword and verbose writing. As a note of caution, it is expected to be somewhat harsh with items from contemporary scientific literature. That said, testing paper abstracts is quite fun, and maybe sobering. You might well get something like the following (disclosure: I did...):
Comment: "Something's fishy. Obviously you want to sell something, or you're trying to impress somebody. Are you sure that you have a real message, and if so: who would understand it?"
